I may look big and kind of scary (small kids sometimes run away shrieking), but I'm really not. My friends know I'm just a teddy bear...and I make friends easily.

I have a house and live there with my two kids. I am recently divorced, and the ex will remain in the kid's lives.

I've been employed as a Private Investigator for the last 11 years. Things got slow...no, more like dead...since the beginning of the year.

***Update*** I have begun working as a PI again...YAY sooooo..I'll hopefully still have some free time...*** But a job is good :-)

My interests include motorcycles, cars, and trucks (so I'm a bit of a gear-head), computers and gadgets (so I'm also a bit of a nerd or geek). I have interests in a lot of things...so tell me about yours.

I like watching movies in the theater or at home. I enjoy good as well as bad movies, new and old alike.

I like many different kinds of music, from Metal to Country, to Classical, to some R&B, Folk, but if I had to pick one it'd be Rock...

I enjoy food, which is why I'm overweight (combined with a job that required me to sit in a car for 10-16 hours a day). I like to try different foods, but don't get much opportunity for it.
I would rather die a happy chubby man than a miserable hungry, and thin, one. I am not against being more healthy, it's just that exercise is a low priority (for now).

I'm looking for a companion to share some time with, hang out, go out, stay in, get to know better...I've never had much opportunity to go out and do much...so experiencing life in it's myriad forms is something to look forward to.

I'm flexible...On a first date, maybe a quiet bookstore or coffee shop where we can relax, talk, and see where things lead...
I like going to hole-in-the-wall bars for mediocre food and good music, or a nice mom&pop style restaurant for good food and conversation, then maybe a movie...
