Hmmmm.....well closet freak is one way I have been described. Not in the creepy sense but rather that I can be full of surprises. Just when you think you had me pegged, I'll turn around and throw your head for a spin. I mean, how many multi-lingual jocks who read philosophy and religion for fun and enjoy a fun night of salsa and (whose ipod play list can range from Heavy Metal to classical, French Pop, rocking shamisan duo from Japan) are you going to meet?

Some hobbies of mine would involve zombies, athletics, learning, travel, and talking. I love zombie movies, books, games, you name it. No clue how I feel into it, but its a blast. Plus, I find it fantastic that I get some of my students to call me Zombie Sensei. I played sports all my life. Despite my social status as a nerd in many peoples eyes, sports were always a big part for me. I swam for some 14 years, played soccer for some 8 years, water polo for four and am still playing Rugby now. My thumb and nose hate me for rugby as they are still trying to heal from being sprained again for the 5th time maybe(thumb) and slightly broken(nose). *12/7* Fun stories there, ask about it. With talking, I mean actual conversation. You know, firing back, bantering, throw in some good spirited 'jabs'.

Some goals of my mine....well get my self back into school. It is either going to be a realm of law or further my studies into languages. I lean more towards language as a life goal of mine is to learn how to speak six languages. I even chose which ones I wish to learn and am about halfway there now.

I am rich in heart and not in the wallet, at least not now. I work abroad in Japan teaching English and its great. It helps me learn a language and a fantastic experience. Only it does nothing for money really. I cannot shower you with gifts or amazing nights out but I can promise nights that you would't want to forget and a great partner in crime. As far as my time overseas. As of October, I have about little over a year left to go in my time here.

I am unique in that I am first in my family born in the United States, my best friend was second in his family born in the States and I have made many friends who also claim similiar heritage or are immigrants themselves. I can be judgemental but but will give anyone a chance and can talk to anyone; be you a high class elitist or a lady working the street corner. I'll sit down and talk with you.

Now for some people, religion is an important part in regards to the person they are looking for. For me it is and it is not. I am Christian, and listed as other in that I left my denomination, then left the faith completly and then found myself back into it with a greater pluralistic view and approach. I won't preach or lecture you or try to convert you; believe me, that goes against who I am. I do however have many interesting views on the matter and personally, its time for Christianity to cross the Rubicon.

Bonus points if you know what the Rubicon is and what I mean by that. :D

Well, its gonna have to be chatting and e-mailing for some time. Who knows, maybe we will run into each when I vist back during my contracted time. I figure, good relationships start off with friendships and build from there. Here's a chance to make it that way without going to fast, to quick, and screwing it up.

But should the date come to mind; I think a night of music and some dancing would be a wonderful evening. None of that hip hop grinding stuff, lets go Salsa, and if you dont know how, lets learn together! I forgot most of what I know; plus lesson one is that its the guys job to make the girl look good out on the floor. :D I am not against the dinner date, so long as its something fun and unique. Have it be a place neither of us been to before, an authentic Ethiopian (good stuff), Japanese Steak house, small family owned Lebanese/Middle Eastern, etc. Those places make dinner fun and build a great memory.
