Hi, I'm a single guy that is still sorta new to the area (moved up here a little over a year ago). I've made some good friends up here through work, but everyone seems to be married. I'm a pretty upbeat, optimistic, and funny guy. Would like to meet someone that shares those characteristics.

I like to stay active and go to the gym almost everyday. The summers up here are great for hiking and running around. I don't ski, so the winters are a little harder to find out door activities. Should note that it is not that I don't like skiing, I've just never been. I'm a teacher, but like to work outdoors when given the opportunity. I enjoy having little projects around the house.

I mostly stick around the area during the week between work, gym, and chores. Love to hit the road for the weekend road trip. If not a trip, then definately a saturday night out to a nice restaurant. Winter does welcome the DVD, couch, and blanket evenings though.

I enjoy women that are interesting, intelligent, and are comfortable just being themselves. Someone that can be happy most of the time and see life as the ridiculously funny ride that it can be.

We could take a walk somewhere, stop for a coffee or drink. Talk for a while and get to know each other a bit. If there is chemistry, we can try something more elaborate like dinner and a movie.
