a little about me...
I'm very easy-going/happy-go-lucky and living life with a positive outlook on things. 'Imagine' by John Lennon has got to be the most influential song to me.. Call me a dreamer if you want..and no I'm not a hippie if your wondering...
but I tend to be a joker every now and then..able to laugh myself at times and will act silly to break a tense moment... Life is a balance for me though, since I can be pretty tame and mature.. and look good in a suit ;) (pics on request)

..very open about who I am as a person, but I wouldn't say I like to draw too much attention to myself..

I come from a small family, from a small town north of Toronto, now building on my career in the field of architectural project management.
...I need time for fun and excitement.. the best part of my day is having some good laughs and great times with friends and family wherever that may be...I prefer to go with the flow of things...plans don't always go according to plan..for that I tend to live life spontaneously and in the moment from time to time...especially when on vacation..I do like the sense of adventure.
Finding myself mostly outdoors... camping, cottage, hockey, snowboarding, patio bars, beach volleyball, the random roadtrip....
and always open to new ideas and experiences...

Relaxing nights at home are a good too watching a good movie on the couch or jammin on the guitar. I like to listen and play all types of music..mostly alternative, but almost anything with a good riff!
Its been said that I can make a great pasta sauce; however I do enjoy all kinds of foods from authentic Italian to Mediterranean to even sushi...

I'm wouldn't say that I'm picky, but I'm really not too fond of pessimists and people who are fake with themselves and towards others..'be yourself' is important an principle of mine...also a great Audioslave song!

I'm the kinda guy that has a softspot for a nice smile...there's one of my secrets..
I've reached the phase of my life where I'm looking for that one to share my life with...just flat-out saying it.
But I am looking for that someone to be a true friend first.... I believe strongly that its an important foundation to anything more serious. I want to make the best of this site.. even if its a great friendship that comes out of it, that would make me happy...

I will put in a lot of thought and care into messages if I see there's great potential for a long-lasting friendship, and with that, we could possibly build on a serious relationship of quality and fun. I'm not on this site for any other reasons. I'm no longer into the club/bar scene in search of that certain someone...

I do like to express my thoughts through song..but you'd have to get to know before i write you any ;)

besides, it would make more sense if I knew about you if I were to write a song about you...

i tend to be spontaneous...bungie-jumping...lol..(not very likely)..but would be in for an event/festival, amusement park/fair, comedy club, a walk through a park, tobogganing, dinner or even just a cup of coffee. Somewhere where we can talk, share some laughs, and just have a good time getting to know each other!
