Hi!

I'm an easy going but excited about life. I spend most of my free time outdoors trying to make the most of my time. I feel I'm different from lots of people because I don't feel the need to buy lots of junk. I'd rather by plane tickets and memories of people and places.

My job as a contract engineer affords me lots of free time during the year. I work for six or nine months, then find work elsewhere. Between contracts, I have the option to go on a long vacation or find the next gig.

I've got a decent list of places I've been. So far I've been on several bicycle trips through Europe (one was 8 months), hitch-hiked through Africa (climbed Kilimanjaro), and toured around Costa Rica several times. I think I've been to about 30 countries now.

I do feel the next great adventure is to have a family. Currently my hope is that I will meet someone special enough to ether come with me on my travels, or set me on a course for that next great adventure. However, if I meet someone for only a few nice dates, that would be good too.

Besides traveling, right now my mind is on buying a condo in West Palm Beach, Fl where I have family. I would like to rent it out so if I decide to return one day, it will be there for me. Another goal is to continue to save for the family I hope to have one day.

Currently I just returned from Turkey and am between contracts in West Palm Beach, FL. I'm not sure where I will go next, but I'm very excited!

I really enjoy trying to do things non-typical but I can easily settle for a hike on the beach followed up with some food and drinks. Let's make it fun!
