Joining a fitness class after office work, playing badminton or swimming in the gym, having a dinner out and laughing with friends,visitng a new place I have never been, watching a decent movie in the cinema, reading or cooking a lovely meal at home, planning for an adventure trip like scuba diving, ... they are my basic hobbies and how to live healthily is an eternal subject.
