| | About Me |
| | I am very content in my life and am doing exactly what I want to do with most of my days. Giving back to a community that has given so much to me and others is important to me so therefore my "job" and my volunteer work on the Board of Directors for a wonderful organization that raises money for other non-profits in our community. When not "on the job", I enjoy many things around home yard and inside projects of all sorts. I love anything about the water: sailing, fishing, skiing, snorkeling.....and just sitting with a glass of wine watching the sun go down over the water somewhere or right out my back yard! I own a dog and a cat who get on famously and I consider them my "babies". Yes, they are spoiled. And they love it!
I enjoy the seasons we have here in the Northwest. Each and every one of them. Summer is all about outside! ANYthing outside. Spring and Fall are for color and change. Winter is for fires at home, reading and enjoying anything indoors. Cooking for friends and enjoying being warm and cozy inside. I am a person who is comfortable with and loves life. I know myself (for the most part) and would enjoy someone who is also comfortable in their own skin. Someone who can be forgiving of one's self as well as others. I know I try to be.
My taste in music depends upon my mood because I like all types. I listen to the mountain frequently as I listen to jazz and classical stations as well. I also enjoy blues. I love listening to Sunday Brunch, especially in the winter time, in my loft with a good book or the paper.

| | First Date |
| |
I believe simple is best for a first date. No pressures, just chatting and getting to know the other. An example might be going to an aquarium, zoo, botanical garden...the distraction would make conversation flow a bit more easily and help promote a comfort level for both. But I am fine with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine sitting at a table somewhere too. It is such fun getting to know someone new. New ideas, new perspectives, new energies. I really think you men add such nice balance to most of us gals :) |
