I like travelling near and far- by car, boat, train or my motorcycle (w/sidecar)- for day trips, weekend sneak-aways, and planned adventures. I tinker with my motorcycle, keep the garden and lawn tidy, and in general I'm a handy guy to have around since I can fix most things even if they aren't broken.
I'm an optimist with a great sense of humor who can see the bright side in even the darkest of moments (Besides that, Mrs. Lincoln- how did you like the play?).
I enjoy most music (even my 14 yr old daughter's!), but prefer classic rock and blues and I dabble with the harmonica.
I'm a great listener, supporter, and conversationalist.

I'm fishing for a down-to-earth woman with the ability to laugh at life's dramas...a woman who likes a good adventure, romance, and living a bit closer to the edge. Someone funny, outgoing, and confident. Of course, laughing at my jokes scores points. A bit right of middle works for me too.

Someone intelligent, witty and can hold up her end of a conversation. I have no one 'type'. As long as I think that you are attractive, then I am happy.

I actually would be a bit nervous on the first date. Maybe a stiff drink, then a teaspoon of ipecac syrup if it isn't going very well...
Seriously- I can be a good companion no matter what we do. We could meet at an outdoor activity in the area or just an iced tea or ice cream somewhere quick works for me too. I'm easy (going that is).
