I am looking to meet new people.  I am interested in different people's points of view (yes, even if they aren't the same as mine...lol!)  I greatly value intelligence and a sense of humor (hard to find together).  As much as I am into intelligence, I also love a guy that can get dirty!  No girly-men, please! 

I am a total sucker for tall men, but find that I don't really have one "type" of man that I am physically attracted to.  I don't believe there is "one perfect soulmate" out there for people.  I do, however, think that some people definitely bring out the best in others. I try to surround myself with people that bring out the best in me, and those that I bring out the best in. I have kissed a lot of frogs, and will likely kiss a lot more on my quest for a partner. 

I have mentioned in my profile that I am looking for friends, but am definitely looking for more with the right person.

I would much prefer to be with someone who is comfortable in their own skin.  A little self-confidence never hurt anyone, right?  Lol! That being said, I have had it pointed out to me recently that I am not very good at dealing with emotions. Will definitely need someone who is okay to let me work through them (sometimes poorly, sorry...I do try).

Some people have said they found it intimidating to send me a first email, as I was on a lot of people's "favourites" lists.  So, I am trying to fix that.  Please don't just add me to your "favorites" and never talk to me...I think it's creepy.  You will only have a week or so to work up the courage, find the time, or whatever it is you need to do to actually send me a message.  If you do not, I will delete you.  No offense.  I am looking to meet someone, not just have people know when I was last online.
