Kayaking, motorcycling, reading, fine food and fine wine. Current events and good movies. These are things I am likely to be involved with during my leisure time. I enjoy visiting friends and family as well.

The first is a website I started with a fellow from the Detroit area. You can read some of the articles I have written for the website there. That is one way of getting to know me. The second link is a poorly updated website for the recording studio hobby I have. My godson Joey Spina is a fantastic musician and with my college background in audio production it made sense for he and I to work together to get his music published. You can hear some of the stuff we have recorded here in the forums of that website.

Keeping the restaurant proper and prosperous takes up my professional time. My lifetime in food service has given me a good background to build on. You will likely find an eclectic taste of blues, rock and jazz on in the background while I am busy doing any of the things mentioned above.

To be spontaneous, with a good bottle of wine and some nice cheeses, after arriving at some hidden destination on the motorcycle and enjoying the afternoon with some more stops at unique places around the state. A great day and the type of thing I am likely to be doing on my day off. Join me if this sounds like fun to you.
