I wake up every morning and look around and think, "Hot damn! I got another one." It is not that life is perfect--I have my share of challenges, just like you; however, it has always been good enough, just like I try to be.
And part of who I am, the important part, is that I have gotten everything I ever asked for in life. Perhaps I sometimes asked for the wrong things or posed the question wrong, much like the person given 3 wishes who got precisely what he asked rather than what he might have wanted. So I live a rather strange life without regrets or complaints--after all, I got everything I asked for--except you, of course. :) |
