The wizards at POF say I'll get three times the responses if I write more about myself, but I know that's not true. And I'd like to leave it at that. I believe the less I say, the better. But, seriously, if you're over 30 and you write 'lol' in a message, and it's not facetious, sarcastic, or ironic, you can expect a scathing reply. (see--I'm already alienating you...told you I should say less! rofl).

As far as the first date, I don't have a formula....hopefully someplace quiet so we might communicate without yelling over some garage band's attempt to trade decibels for talent. I really do enjoy to hear and play music and even dance like nobody's laughing, but jeez...I think lunch or an early no-pressure weekday dinner is best for a first meeting instead of the forced attempt at romance that Friday and Saturday often present...oh, and if you smoke (around me, I mean--your body is your business, I just don't want to share your habit..)can I can spit half my beer on you in return?...I used to partake, but now I'm a militant anti-smoker. But please, PLEASE do chat on your cell phone periodically throughout dinner, just to show how busy and important you are. I'll reciprocate by ogling other women and trying to get the waitress's phone number....it should be fun! Truly, I really want somone to laugh uncontrollably with. Please, if you can't be perfect, at least be funny.
