I'm intelligent and kind. I try to live my life with a sense of peace and optimism; it keeps me young and happy. Along with that, I practice living a healthy, wholesome life every day (e.g. staying fit, 8 hours of sleep, emphasis on "whole" foods, living with a conscious awareness...)
