Well, where to start without sounding too wordy, long-winded, and like I'm the best thing since sliced bread. One thing you will learn about me is that I tend to tell it like it is and speak my mind. I think I'm a genuinely goodhearted person, but to a fault almost. I have a good head on my shoulders and know what direction I want to head in. I'm the type of girl that you can take fishing in the rain for the day, then when all is said and done we can dress up and go out for a night on the town, or a quiet cozy dinner for two. I'm always keeping myself busy, whether it's playing a sport, getting outdoors every chance I get, or just relaxing and having a good time with those that matter most to me. I can be shy at first until you get me out of my shell. And if you can put a smile on my face then you are ahead of the game already!

So why am I on POF you ask?? I think I've got my life in check and I don't need someone to be my entire life, but I wouldn't mind having someone there to share it with. I'm tired of going to the bar and not meeting the good guys anymore, or being set up with men that are my friend's type, and not my type. I'm looking to meet some new people, maybe make a few friends along the way, and see where things go from there. I don't necessarily have huge expectations, but I do expect respect in return. Sorry to disappoint those of you looking to score, but that's not my style so please resist the urge to spark up a conversation hoping that you'll get some.

I guess what it comes down to is that I'm the girl next door that is your best friend, but not the one you always look to first. I'm looking for that good guy that always finishes last to be my guy next door. Cheesy I know, but I gotta stay true to myself and be the hopeless romantic at heart that I am.
