I'm looking for someone who, like me, is ready, willing and capable of a long-term, nurturing, loving relationship. Someone who is intelligent, laughs easily, is emotionally balanced, physically healthy, financially responsible, spiritually aware, sexy, sensual & passionate. I'm aware that thoughts become things, words you speak/write speed up the manifestation process, and what gets your energy/focus/thought is what shows up ---so I strive to keep it all positive, and choose a partner who approaches life along those same lines. I have what I would call "the best of both worlds". I work in STL metro during the week and have a small apartment close to work, and enjoy activities available in the metro area during the week (and sometimes on weekends). On the weekends, I travel to my 105 yr old home in Ste. Genevieve. I prefer to be with someone who understands that this is what I've chosen, for now, and would join me at times, also understanding that other choices can be made as another person's life melds with mine.

Nutrition and exercise are important to me. I now walk or exercise 30 minutes each weekday morning, and longer on the weekend mornings, as my way to "start the day". My food choices include focusing on raw consumption, alkaline-producing foods, very little red meat, and eliminating processed foods. I'm noticing the difference, and want to be with someone who cares about these aspects of living.

I've been doing projects at my home, recently, contributing the labor for the things I can accomplish, myself, and contracting out any renovation tasks that are beyond my skill level. I am enjoying putting this TLC into my home and it's looking great. There is always another project available, and I'm also ok with letting go of the remodeling work to do other things, like travel.

I enjoy what it means to be human---I enjoy friends, family and lots of diverse activities. I choose happiness, and I focus on joy in my life. My "needs" and "wants", have been reduced to preferences, and I am very open to what others enjoy doing. What I do now and enjoy, may change, and I'm looking forward to new experiences with a partner. Whatever happens, happens, and I learn the lesson and move on. Being deeply spiritual includes loving from my heart, and enjoying my sexuality, fully, by bonding intimately with another, on all levels. I make enough money to enjoy travel, and have been back on alpine skis for about 6 seasons, so ski trips have been fun. I much prefer a 3-mile gentle "green" run to the steep black diamond runs. I've been to all 50 states (many on my motorcycle), and am in awe of the beauty of this world... I've visited Mexico, Canada, and a bit of Europe. Both New Zealand and Australia draw me, and there are many places I would like to visit again...I've been on one cruise in the Caribbean and enjoyed it very much. Oceans and beaches, mountains in the summer or the winter snow, or summer's fresh air (just about anywhere) ... it's all good! If you enjoy travel, my bags are packed quickly.

My partner focuses on balance in all aspects of his life, as do I. Achieving that centered place mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually is my focus. I would enjoy sharing some of the activities that I've mentioned, as well as experiencing new activities with a partner. My partner is tolerant and accepting of my metaphysical approach to spirituality, and open to a tantric approach to sexuality. Everything else is just what it is.......loving is about embracing the whole person, for all that they are, enjoying each other, and growing together.
