I am a very laid back person who can and does enjoy myself in just about any situation whether I'm stuck in traffic or on the beach in Maui (of course, I'd rather have the beach but that should be obvious). I am very affectionate and love showing a woman how special she is. I also try to approach every situation without prejudgement about the outcome. Because of that last one I'm reticent to say too much about what my ideal match would be like. Whoever she is she could very well be the opposite of what I think she should be. But, with that said, here are a few traits that I would like to find: I would like her to constantly amaze me with her compassion; be friendly and positive; independant enough to have her own interests but still place a high value on spending time with me and not afraid to show affection any time the mood strikes ; ).

What I would like to do on a first date depends on what time it happens. If we met during the daytime I imagine I'd like to walk down by the river, enjoying the scenery and having a nice conversation then stop somewhere good for lunch. If it was night time it would most likely involve dinner at a restaurant and who knows? You'll find I'm pretty easy to please.
