My hobbies include reading, cycling, hiking, dancing, travel, sightseeing, skiing, swimming, windsurfing and visiting family and friends. I also have some indoor hobbies like consumer electronics and home repair skills for those days when the weather is not so good.

My main goal apart from meeting someone special is financial independence after which I would continue travelling and establish a lifestyle also involving community service. I have travelled extensively but want to share future travel/adventures with someone very special. I also want to spend time with family
and friends as they are a big part in my overall happiness.

I think what makes me unique is the quality and quantity of experiences I have had as well as my knowledge on a variety of subjects.


My musical tastes are varied from rock n' roll to jazz and classical. Classic Rock,
The Big 80s are always favorites with some of the classics from the 60s and 70s.
Favorite artists: Pink Floyd, The Who, David Bowie, Beatles, Elvis, The Stones, The Doors, Hendrix, Lenny Kravitz, The Go Gos, I could go on and on.

The first date should be something simple with the potential of being memorable.
Meeting at a pleasant quiet cafe maybe with a park nearby where we could walk if things went well and make plans for the next date. But definitely someplace where we could talk, relax and see if there is some chemistry.
