I used to be a very active person; hiking, camping, frequent trips to see friends, snowboarding, etc. Then I started college at 26 and all of that when on the back burner with my main focus becoming school and family. I am now done with school and have been enjoying my career. I am starting to try to get back to what I used to love doing again and am just really loving life.
I want to continue my education and acheive my bachelors in nursing and have actually already started taking classes towards that goal. I love spending time with my son who is my main little guy. I try to have little adventures with him as much as I can.
I love classic and alternative rock. The thing that is kinda funky about me...is that I am a little of everything, I dont really fit into a category. As I grew up I was always trying to "fit in" somewhere, as kids do. But of course, as you get older you learn more about yourself..and I discovered that I dont fit into a mold. I am somewhat of a tomboy, but also like girly things, I could veg out at home and do absolutely nothing and be a very happy girl...and yet cant stand being stuck at home with nothing to do. I love to laugh and sing, to me its freeing. My dream is to have a home in the mountains similar to where I grew up. Being in that kind of environment...well, theres nothing like it..its stress free, relaxing. I think that is probably the one thing I miss so much since moving back to the city; everyone is always in such a hurry and mad all the time and I am a pretty laid back person.
The only thing I have a problem with is a lack of values and morals. I believe that you treat people the way you want to be treated, dont expect things from people that you arent willing to give of yourself.
