Like most people, from time to time, I feel the need for a good cuddle. I don't have a great deal of hope in finding someone who might be willing to take off at the drop of a hat and go traveling, leaving everything more or less to serendipity. If you are a woman, with a busy life of her own, who is not willing to compromise her life but longs for a good cuddle now and then, without being imposed upon, we might help each other fill that gap in our lives.
Should I be fortunate enough to meet someone whose tastes and assets match my own, I am not beyond considering a permanent relationship or even children. I'm easy going and flexible. My interests are too many and diverse to list in a small space, varying from outdoor activities to more intellectual pursuits.
If you are just looking for a companion with whom to share activities, like walking, cycling, dinner, philosophy, or whatever, I'm always open to new experiences and meeting new friends.
I have a large collection of music and what I listen to depends on what I'm doing; classical for reading, rock'n'roll for partying and housework.

What would I do on a first date? A first date is really just a casual get to know you session. It might be lunch at a restaurant, a picnic, or attending some event, depending on what's on and our schedules. If we hit it off, then we can take it from there. It doesn't have to be romance and can be just the sharing of some similar interests.
