I like to think of myself as very well versed. My need for information in order to have a good conversation is essential. I seek a professional lady who perhaps has been mistreated and needs someone who can be interested in only her. I enjoy a hearty glass of wine, good music and geat food. I enjoy cooking from a recipe and not a box or can. Music is of great interest to me. I mean all kinds. I'm looking for a lady with great patience and compasssion. Family is number one in my list. I would hope that it would be on yours. I enjoy soft evenings with a bowl of popcorn and lots of butter. The Mountain Winery is my favorite local. Outdoor concerts there are a dream come true. I try to attend at least three times a year. I like to think I am loyal and honest. I want to give one woman as much attention as possible. I enjoy fixing things around the house. Being a building contractor has afforded me the opportunity to learn how things work around the house. I don't mind gettting dirty. I do like to dress up. I try to not look like a building contractor when in public. Good Hygienic habits are a must. Non Smokers. I have a weakness for blond women with great intelligence. My hope is to find someone I can be comfortable with in any setting.

The ideal first date would be for lunch. I feel the informal setting would put each of us ease. Lunch would provide more time for converstion. Afterward perhaps a movie would be in store. A tour of a winery or a drive to Carmel by the Sea. A walk on the beach would be a great idea. I would want to put my lady at ease. Dinner would come at a later date. If the chemistry is not right, lunch provides an easy way out.
