Hi there,

I'm a new lawyer who is settling into the working life in downtown Toronto. I am a litigation lawyer, an advocate - I guess that really means that I'm someone who enjoys public speaking and arguing, ha!
I am looking forward to meeting someone to enjoy the city with. I really enjoy a good conversation, whether it be about the current news, politics, a recent book that I just read (I enjoy all kinds), or just anything random. You never know what path a conversation might go down! I love travelling, and so I have some stories from previous adventures to share - and I look forward to hearing yours too!
I have pretty varied tastes in music, ranging from Coldplay to Dave Matthews to Iron and Wine, Kings of Leon, etc.

I will go out to bars and clubs sometimes, but I'm not the kind of guy who has to do that all the time. For a first date, I'd like to do something different like a rent a canoe or kayak for a paddle down a river or along the lake .... or go just go somewhere where we can sit and have a proper conversation. I am definitely not a fan of the first date movie!
