I am an accomplished clarinetist and play in two community volunteer concert bands and an occasional community orchestra. Music has always been a passion since childhood. For job security, I became an RN which enabled me to retire from state government where I was a health care facility regulator. I enjoy yard work for exercise and would like a walking partner. The floor and wall suffice for strengthening exercises. Chinese cooking is a hobby and am considered a pretty good cook. I like my home and don't have a need to run around to stay busy - enjoy movies and re-runs of "Law & Order" and more recently "Fringe". Over the years I've learned how to say "no" and know how to set boundaries with people in many types of situations. I love symphonic, some opera, chamber music and classic rock. My goal is to find the right woman where we can both help each other be the best that we can be. It's fun to do most anything with someone who you really like and want to be with. I need some space to do my thing and know how to give space when you need yours. A balance of activity and downtime works best.
