I wil add more to my profile later but for now...here are the basics!!

I am a mom to 2 amazing young boys 6 & 3. They are my world, and i am proud to say i am a soccer mom..and hopefully i will be a hockey mom too. I love being outside, winter or summer and doing everything from taking a nice hike, playing soccer, snowboarding or skydiving. I am a risk taker, and with that comes the enjoyment of trying new things. I am also a dreamer, and still daddys little girl. I love dreaming and making huge goals - never giving up and always pushing myself for success in life.

I like the simple things in life...walks, hot chocolate, home cooked meals, and spending time with family and close friends. However...i do enjoy going out with my girlfriends once in a while and dancing the night away. I have my own small business (key word small...but growing! lol) for Home Services, but i am an industrial and mechanical designer by trade. One of the biggest lessons in life i have learnt is that money really doesnt buy happiness...it makes things easier...but i hope to meet someone who knows the value of a dollar..and also knows how to enjoy themselves without spending a dime.

I have been playing the piano for over 20 years....recently started learning the guitar, and i love to sing. Music is my inspiration, and a lost language...with that being said, i love most genres. my favorites are Blues, Jazz, Bluegrass, RB, and some Rock...a bit of Metal. I'm not big on the techno/rave thing though...gives me a headache. haha. I love to cook as well, but i cant say i spend as much time as i would like in the kitchen, especially in the summer. Campfires, BBQs or sandwiches are the typical meals of the day when its warm outside.

I think another pretty important thing about me is that i come from an amazing family. i might not be extremely close with all my family...but i was raised well, and in a Christian home. I do believe in God, and although i'm not at church most...or any Sundays, my faith IS a part of my life, and slowly but surely i'm finding myself going back to my roots. The majority of my friends have different beliefs, but we all have very similar values and morals. i welcome anyone into my life without the normal filters people use with their friends...but it would be nice to meet some people who would be up for a Sunday morning wake up call at church every once in a while. : )

I am looking for someone who gets me and who will be real with me...someone who is a hard worker with a long list of dreams that they work towards everyday. I love laughing, and i try to find a smile in whatever i am doing...it would truly be nice to have someone who can find those smiles with me.

FIRST date? a walk by the river, maybe an icecream or a iced coffee afterwards? No movies for me...i like having the opportunity to get to know the person im with. And in movies you can't talk! haha
