I'm 35, but I don't feel anywhere close to that. What comes with age is a contentment with who I am. And the fun of constantly reinventing myself too! What's more fun than change?
I have to make small talk for a living, so don't be offended if I choose not to make small talk with you. My time and energy are precious and I'm careful about how I spend them.
I've got lots of excitement in my job, so I love relaxed, no pressure kinds of fun in my off hours.
Current books - State of Fear - Michael Chrichton (also a big fan of his book 'Travels') - i have only a few chapters to go but keep forgetting about it!) - Beach Music - stories within the story that take you to other places so completely - this is what storytelling is all about Current music - Amplifico - amplifico.net - very cool indie band from Scotland! - KT Tunstall, The Like, Metric, Sarah Harmer, and constantly on the lookout for new and interesting stuff to listen to.
Sundays are for Starbucks mochas and walking around the city.
Shoes - Fluevogs & Birkenstocks - no stillettos for this chick. I'm a Mac user, internet 'borrower', otherwise technologically challenged. Prefer my olympus to my digital camera. I've heard of places like Scarborough and Mississauga and even North York, but I need to renew my passport, so not planning on visiting any of those places anytime soon.
