I would have to say that I'm not really certain of what I'm looking for and perhaps I have my standards set too high. However, we all want our Knight in Shining armor and I can only hope that this dream still remains. I've been alone for quite a few years now raising my 2 sons. I'm not looking for a father or babysitter for them by any means. Bringing someone into their life and mine isn't going to be easy I know, but looking towards my future, I'd prefer it be shared with someone rather than not. I'm very set in my ways but on the other hand I'm also very giving, caring and tend to give rather than take. I'm very open-minded but also very open with my communication. If I don't like it, believe me, you'll know :) I've been told I have a great sense of humor and will have to admit, I can be sarcastic more times than not :) Laughing or making someone laugh gets us all to the next point in our lives.

I enjoy going out with the "girls" and having fun, going shopping, watching movies, reading books, or even playing a new/old game online or on the xbox or ps2 with friends. Believe me, it takes hours upon hours to get to the extreme level and who wants to quit before you achieve that?? :-) lol

I also enjoy going to the zoo, love animals and can get along well with most people ( I feel like I'm applying for a job here!) Yes, I work/play well with others! lol Seeing the humorous side in things is something I can do and find that stress will find you, no matter how hard you try...you just have to find the good in things in order to survive and get through things. I believe that he should be my best friend first and foremost. I would like someone who's honest, caring, loving and giving without all the game playing. At a certain point in our lives, we all must get past that :-)

I'd like someone who's comfortable with themselves and could go out with friends/alone or stay at home if the mood suits him. Someone who's not a total sports fanatic, although I do enjoy watching the Mariners and a few other sports, so he'd have to like them at least ;-)

It would be nice if they were a romantic and of course knew how to treat a lady (isn't that what all us females want?). Also, someone who knows how to take care of themselves and knows where they want to go in life.

For those of us who are honest to ourselves, we have to admit that looks are important and all of God's creatures are shallow to some degree or we wouldn't be human. I do admit to that in myself and know that he'd have to have a certain groomed appearance about him before I'd even glance ;-) I tend to sway more towards the darker hair, toned appearance rather than the gray/balding & overweight types.
