I am funny, smart lady with 3 grown children and 2 grandsons. Most of my time is spent working or with family. I have been reminded by a good friend that I need some fun "me" time too! LOL! I am guardian to my eldest son, who has Down Syndrome. He is 24 and lives with me. He is a sweet, fun man who my family (and anyone who meets him) is crazy about. I am very devoted to my family--my parents, my sister, and my kids/grandkids. We try to get together weekly, if not more, and talk almost daily. I recently moved near my parents, which is between Evansville and Rockport.

I went to Ireland last year and would like to travel more. My favorite part of the USA is Wyoming/Montana. We spent at least a couple of weeks every summer there when I was living with my parents. I like various kinds of music, old and new. Mostly new country but I also like artists like Pink and The Fray. I love to read! Especially Diana Gabaldon, Patricia Cornwell and Dean Koontz.
I was raised Roman Catholic and still follow most of the Church's teachings, but I am open to other beliefs besides mine.

Putting my profile on here is another step in doing something for me. I would like to find someone to have fun with and share life with.
I believe the appropriate place to start any relationship is friendship. I am not looking for "one night stands" or "friends with benefits." I am here to find a friend and see where that goes. If we are meant to be friends only, that's great! If more feelings develop over time, that's even better :-)
