Friends describe me as optimistic and fun. I love the sun, the water, and the outdoors. At the same time, I like to travel, getting together with friends and family, and generally enjoying life.

I graduated from the University of Washington, and later got my MBA from Seattle University. I worked in the Silicon Valley during the exciting high-tech boom of the late 1990's and moved back to the Seattle area after the balloon burst.

I enjoy cooking, have great friends, a wonderful family, even get along with my ex. Now all I need is the one perfect guy.

I’m looking for a kind, honest, communicative, empathetic, good person who I can relate to on an intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual level. I must have trust in your character—someone who values growing—so I can feel safe to vulnerably be my truest core self with—and then together we can support one another to grow into our best possible selves.

I want to find someone who I can make laugh and who’s excited to see me at the end of the day. I want to be able to put a smile on your face because I know you so well that I know what you need & want. I want to make you feel happier and improve your life. I want to build dreams together and be your cheerleader as you fulfill your own dreams. I want someone who wants to settle down into a long-term relationship, or hopefully, marriage. If for some reason, things start not feeling right, I want to be able to talk and find what’s going wrong and get things back to the way they were when the two of us first fell in love. I believe that the relationship between husband and wife is the most important relationship.

What I really want is a friend, someone who I’d want to spend time with regardless of whether we were boyfriend/girlfriend. Someone with whom I can share activities as well as alone time, and someone with a good sense of fun and can laugh at himself.

Ideally, they’d be within the 36-43 age range, live in the Seattle area, love kids (maybe he’s a parent as well ), and have time on the weekends to get out and enjoy life.

I take pride in my appearance, working out in the gym or outdoors at least 5 days a week. My diet is fairly healthy, but do enjoy my desserts. I am well-educated, but almost feel I’ve learned more just by living life. The most important things I've learned is never assume, always ask. Also to forgive and live life to the fullest because you never know if your life or health will be taken away from you. The quality of my life wouldn't be so great if I didn't put those life lessons in place.

Something casual in an environment where we can talk and get to know each other. After the initial standard date or two, I'd like to get out and do something fun sharing in each other's interests.

BTW, the first standard date or two does not include sex. I don't want to have a relationship as a fling thing...ok?
