I can start a charcoal grill, climb a ladder, clean out gutters. I'm self sufficient. I may be a bit rough around the edges, after raising kids alone, but soft hearted and feminine just the same.

I've got a full life, but I've been aware of the time passing by, (isn't that a jackson browne lyric?)but i've been missing something, a good man to share it with.

I'm a typical Capricorn, predictable, a bit reserved & cautious if I don't know you well; deep inner resources, physically and emotionally strong & healthy.

German/Irish mix, uncomplicated to a fault, funny, an all or nothing kind of girl, directionally challenged. I may have fit into Annie Oakly's boots, a strong but free spirit.

I have traditional, old-fashioned values. Want a guy with a great sense of humor, (and hands), does his own laundry, works, plays and laughs hard, likes to have fun, is confident, likes the great outdoors, is active and financially secure.
The type of man our parents' generation produced, a guy that is unafraid of his role as a leader in his home, marriage, church and community.(are they out there anymore?)



Love the water, sunshine, (hate the cold), wide open spaces, road trips, sports, golf, reading (addict), cars, cooking, spice drops, dark chocolate, baseball games, rock n roll, suspense, goofy comedy movies and tv shows (the office, seinfeld, pet detective), strong coffee, the city and live music. I work hard, but love to travel hang out with my family and friends.
