1st and foremost, I'm a genuinely nice and empathetic person. I'm a person of integrity and live by my principles. I hold myself to high standards and want a partner in life that values the same. We all say that we're good, quality people but, from my experiences, I believe that many of us don't actually live by good ethics.

I'm 38, take good care of myself and do work out. I love to eat, cook and drink but, do all in moderation. 'Balance' is the key to everything isn't it?
