I'm a deeply empathetic individual with a strong sense of fair play and self. Intense is an apt description. I'm always rethinking past actions, examining myself and my motivations. I want to understand the world and everything in it. Lying makes the world harder to understand and live in, so I don't do it(funny excluded). I'm always open to new ideas but I need convincing before I'll accept anything. I expect honesty and fidelity, but everything else is ok.

I find enjoyment in anything involving teamwork. I smile a lot, and laugh a lot. I'm contagious.


I'm a spiritual atheist. Its a bit more complicated than that but my god would not be called a god by most people. I love nature and like the idea of tree spirits amoung other things.



Maybe I should explain deeply empathetic better. Body language, eye contact, voice, all these things speak volumes . Words aren't needed to convey wants or needs. Just posture and some shared history are often enough. I care about people, its a cause and consequence of understanding.

Its easy to communicate with me. I'm actually interested in what you have to say and I'll give my honest opinion.
If someone is too shy to speak up, I'll speak up for them. I love when I can do this for strangers.
I like making someone who is having a shitty day feel less shitty. Little things speak volumes.
I meet the eye of every bum who asks me for change. They need respect before money, and I can give it for free.
I don't like watching people fall down in internet videos.



I guess my future too eh? No debts, I took care of those as soon as I could after my degree. I had the same job at the U for the past five years. Its ended, so, now I have to figure out if I'm going to finish my physics degree(one and a half years), enter grad school(I want quantum computers), expand the software system I've been building for the past three years and make money with it, or find another job. I've got time to figure out my next steps in life. I plan on making a well thought out decision.



Simple honesty results in my loudest laughter. Its hard to explain that I'm not laughing at someone because they did something wrong, but I'm laughing at them because they did something so beautifully right.

"Obviously" misleading statements come a close second and as a bonus can lead to a confused episode of simple honesty.

I don't get embarrassed so I can say some wildly inappropriate things at appropriate times. I also enjoy laughing at myself. In fact, you need to be able to poke fun at me.



I don't normally like to talk about myself. Probably because I could go on forever about it. Its actions that speak though, not words.


It makes me sad that just because I'm willing to smoke some pot if its handed to me, there's so many ladies I can't message.

I'll want conversation. Lunch or supper, somewhere nice, and a walk afterwards, or maybe just a couple drinks on a patio somewhere. I'm all for a more exciting second date, but if we can't talk then we can't talk.
