I am 25; I graduated college with a degree in criminal justice. I worked as a Correctional Officer for two years and it was a life changing experience. I saw ALOT of things that are truly tragic and would blow your mind. I could spend days talking about the sadness and stagnation of the prison system; if you are interested on that topic I would be more than happy to share my opinions and insight. I accepted a 7 month teaching job in Asia but two weeks before we were to leave (June 1st) the Chinese government changed there teaching requirements and the trip is off. I was going to use those months to think about life and decide what is the best way for me to make a positive change in peoples lives. I want to focus my efforts towards at risk youths. PLEASE do not make the mistake of thinking because I am currently unemployed I am not a motivated person, that couldn’t be further from the truth.My friends and I always have a great time because we have the same crazy sense of humor.

I am a HUGE boxing fan (participating and watching) there is absolutely nothing better than a good fight.


I also love to read. John Updike and Dean Koontz are my favorite authors. If you haven’t read Tupac Shakur’s book of poetry do yourself a favor and read The Rose That Grew From Concrete. You will enjoy it immensely even if you are not a fan of rap. I love to write and I am awed by the power of the pen. Thomas Paine shaped the world during the Revolutionary times because he could paint a picture of an America so beautiful men willingly laid down there lives; that is amazing. To be able to write words on a piece of paper and evoke emotions from strangers and put them inside your head for just a moment is one of the best feelings in the world.

I love my friends and family more then I can express. I’m a simple man; before I die I want to be able to feel I made a positive change in the world in some facet. I'm an outspoken person and I say what is on my mind. If someone doesn't like me it’s usually because I think you add nothing positive to my life and let you know that. If you are a racist keep your idiocy to yourself and move on please.

Classic Rock: Skynyrd, Zeppelin, Queen, Jethro Tull, Hendrix,




I don't see any point of people who aren't local writing me unless perhaps you are moving here soon. I am not interested in a long distance relationship. I want to be able to hold the person I care about, not a phone to my head all day. If you would like to know anything more please just leave me a message. Good luck finding that special person even if he is not me. I would love to meet a female who IS NOT insane that I can share my life with. Let me reiterate that point again, NOT INSANE.


P.S. I just took one of those surveys and it says I have little self control, that couldn't be more wrong.I have never drank or smoked in my life and try working a compound of 1000 killers and rapist with no self control and let me know how that works out for you.Unless I misclicked I must say that is very inaccurate
