I really like being the Uncle. I have a younger brother and a younger sister and between the two of them I have two nephews and three nieces ages 3 through 10. I don’t however want children in my life, and so I would prefer to develop a relationship with a woman who does not have children, or perhaps has well adjusted adult children, already out on their own, independent and self supportive.


I am not a dog person, and at the present time I do not have any pets. If I was to have a pet, it would be a cat. I have had one very special cat in the past, named Linda, after the character portrayed by Liza Minnelli in the movie Arthur.

I believe the best things in life are simple and free; a beautiful sunset, a babbling brook, laughter, friendship, and love. I like, and practice, directness, and find those who have perfected the art of avoidance and redirection frustrating. What I look for in a woman...number one is her ability to communicate honestly and openly; I believe this to be the foundation of any lasting relationship, non-smoking, physically fit, athletic, with the desire to live a healthy, stress free life, although not always possible it should be a goal. I am looking for a woman with a sense of adventure, and a quick wit. I am looking for a woman who enjoys cooking, at least as much as I do. (You cook I clean, and vice versa?) A woman content to watch a DVD at home, quietly eating bread and cheese on the couch.
