I believe it's good to stay active and to spend some time outdoors. I like trying new things - I've been learning to golf and I'm much improved ... But there are also times, after a long day at work, just sitting in front of the TV with that special someone can make the day complete.
The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they find happiness in what they have.
