How did I get into photography? Because I was afraid I would never remember my kids when they were young! So I picked up my point-and-shoot and, little by little, I came to see (as did others who have come to pay me for my work) the beauty and complexity that my viewfinder brings to my attention and appreciation. And then it's not necessarily just the images that are captured: it's the potential of each one to be enhanced and teased into something uniquely itself in Photoshop. This is what gives me the greatest satisfaction - to create an image that is truly beautiful.


As a person, I am a mixture of laughter and understanding, caring and patience. I am rich in friendships and form a community of mutual support wherever I am. I am blessed with two children who are both strong in themselves and caring in their own ways. I take pride in my Jewishness, and strive to fulfill the potential of life's journey by gathering the experiences, both good and challenging, and seeing them within the context of making my life complete.

I was married for 17 years, and for the last few years I often found myself saying, "In my next life..." Well, I am happy to say that now I have the chance to pursue those possibilities in this life!

I'm short on specifics, but would enjoy an activity where the location is relaxed and we would have the opportunity to talk comfortably.
