Talk on the phone a couple of times first,see if there's interest, then meet for coffee,or a drink at a quiet place, maybe go for a walk together,bike ride, golfing...whatever we might want to do, talking on the phone first eliminates alot of the nervous tension of a first meeting..then once together there is already a level of comfort, makes for a better first meeting...I think...
