Hey there! I caught you looking!

I moved to the Bay Area last fall to start a job as a management consultant to the pharma/biotech industry. Love my job and the cool, ridiculously smart people I get to meet each day. I have my stuff together (career is going well and I'm financially/mentally secure) and I'm looking for an ambitious "partner in crime" with the same.

I have a Ph.D. in immunology from a fancy school back east, but you'd never know that by first meeting me. I love to talk nerdy science, so be careful if you mention something about swine flu or stem cell research, as you'll probably get an ear full :)

I'm originally from the Midwest/South, incredibly down-to-earth, happy, and personable. I'm an ENTJ accordingly to Myers-Briggs, a rare find among women. I'm a natural leader with an innate presence and panache.

I'm a former model and studied taekwondo for 7 years, so I'm very interested in healthy living and general well-being. I'm not much of a drinker, but I love my bourbon.

I have a huge heart. Even though I may appear strong on the outside, I'm all mush on the inside. I deeply cherish my relationships and never forget a face.

Sometimes I think about:

*Why people treat each other the way they do (especially the way men and women treat each other).
*How my actions impact the lives of the people around me and vice-versa.
*My own thoughts, feelings, and reactions to everyday happenings (I'm very self-aware).
*Where life will take me and who I'll share my adventures with.

BTW--I've received quite a few rude and crude messages from men on this site. Don't even bother wasting your time or energy writing me if that's the tone you'll be using. I won't respond. OK? Nice, mature guys only, thanks.

And finally, if I don't respond to your message, please get over it! I'm a busy girl and frankly, not interested in everyone that writes me. Multiple messages with ever-increasing rudeness won't work. Sorry.
