I moved back to the Dallas from Austin. I miss Austin, and all my hippie friends... but Dallas is where I'm at so I'm gonna make the most of it!

I have decided to not pursue dating at this time, I'm all game for friends though...

I am working 3 jobs right now, so don't be mad if I take time to respond.


I spend a great deal of time dancing; Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy, Blues, Hustle, 2 step, CW Waltz, Belly Dancing, the works! It keeps me in great shape and a smile on my face.

I work at a gym, so I workout and take yoga a few times a week.

My new hobby, thanks to a good friend is roller skating, yeahh oh yeahh old skool! It is a great way to build leg toning!


I have an open view on life, and try to embrace all that it has to offer!

Most of my friends range from mid 20's- 60's (what can I say-I have an old soul & a young heart)... Oh, and most of my friends are males. If you can handle that, AWESOME, if you can't- please, don't try to date me.

When I'm not working or dancing, I spend time with my 4yr old dog, or go out and about with friends.

I participate in Renaissance festivals in Texas, and enjoy going to concerts & promoting for certain events in Austin and in Dallas. I also drop in at some poetry readings a few of my friends host in Dallas/FW.

My music tastes are pretty open: BLUES, COUNTRY, CLASSIC ROCK, OLDIES, RAP, ELECTRONICA (just about anything besides tejano)

I want to find someone that can respect me for who I am, and I will do the same for them.

My friends call me a whirlwind. I am always in and out the door, but I make time for the right people in my life.

I enjoy the outdoors, but I was raised in the city so I also enjoy a nice night out. I can get dressed up or run in shorts and a tank. If you can't drive with the window down once in a while, we won't make a good fit, sorry.


On a personal level:

I don't do well around money hungry people, or people concerned with an image. I do not date for money or rank.
If you have it that is great, CONGRATULATIONS, work hard-play harder.

I can admit that any relationship that I have ever had with a Virgo has always turned into friendship only, so take the hint if your looking for a date.

If you go to church/claim Christianity as your religion... I will be your friend, but that is about it. I enjoy having friends in a variety of spiritual thought, and enjoy being open to learning on my own. Please respect my views and I will yours.

PS. Please no couch potatoes, men living at home, men that do not know how to call (texting does not get you a date), or men that only cook out of the microwave.

I really can say I hate this question.

Let's say what I don't want for a first date: DINNER AND A MOVIE or SITTING AT A BAR WATCHING YOU GET DRUNK.
