I'm a pretty laid back and easy going guy. I try not to take things too seriously, except for the things that need to be taken seriously, like friends, sleeping in on the weekends, and delicious Sunday morning pancakes. Right now I'm a Master's student and a teaching assistant at UW.

I like to play guitar and go running, although typically not at the same time... I've also gotten into playing a few of the open mic nights around town, it's a pretty great feeling to be up on stage playing and singing in front of a crowd of people! I also like going to the gym and the pool, as well as walking my housemate's dog.

Like everyone else on this site, I'd love to meet a down-to-Earth girl that likes to laugh, smile, and just be awesome in general. I'm not looking for anything intensely serious right away, but if the right someone comes along, I'm more than open to see where it goes. :)

Also, if you think that you're the girl for me, don't be afraid to let me know. Strong, confident, and attractive (fingers crossed, please be attractive) women are definitely a turn on. ;)

So long as we're doing something where we can talk and get to know each other, that's definitely the most important thing. Coffee, a walk through the park, drinks on the patio, mini golf (mini golf is probably the greatest sport ever invented!), any of these things would be great. Or, if we're really ambitious, we could always partake in a flavourful meal followed up by a wonderful piece of contemporary cinema, not to be mistaken for dinner & a movie though, because that's kind of lame and cliched for a first date, don't you think?
