I love to travel but am often just as happy over a glass of wine and good conversation with friends. My soul cleaves to water... so how did I end up in Edmonton? I enjoy cooking, watch little television. Love movies, playing games. Not much of a music listener as I prefer quiet...like to play scrabble and go or walks. Friends are very important. I am looking for someone who communicates and is intelligent, who wants companionship and to have fun with, to try new things, and who sees life as a glass half full and has a sense of humour. I am good looking, average to slender build, intelligent and opinionated. Been very political in my time and remain a very involved liberal. I have an at home daughter in high school... so if this makes you bolt, thanks for the time. She's a great kid and keeps me centred. Three other not-at-home adult children. I read obsessively when I can. My partner will be an intelligent man as well and enjoy being active and have a sense of humour. A strong woman myself, I look for the same in my partner, someone who will make me laugh, make me think and pushes me forward, in the same way I will with you. My partner is my equal, and someone that I can trust and share anything with.
