I am now a student at Eastern Illinois University! I've always been a country gal, love being out in the sticks! I'm an artist and have been a horsewoman most of my life. My heart has always been on the farm with my family and my horses and cats and dogs. (There is a all-to-common story behind why I am no longer there and, sadly, living in town.)I have begun to extend myself as an artist recently, and, if I could find a way, would chuck my day job to spend time making art. My plan is to one day make my own living that way. I also love making dinner, slow dancing to Patsy Cline and sleeping with the windows open. There are things about being alone that I relish, but I'm really at a point where I'd like to have someone with whom to share things. And I'm tired of going to bed alone every night. I'm pretty laid back most of the time and try to think about my actions and words. I'm honest, not into games, expect fairness and respect. The bar scene? Been there, done that. Not looking to merely hook-up, but an instant attraction is important to me. If the chemistry's not there, I won't waste your time or mine. If the chemistry is right, well... Heavy smokers, alcoholics, users need not apply. I am returning to college, & I have a vision for my future. I hope to find a friend who will be supportive, understanding and willing. You must be reasonably intelligent, well-adjusted, clean and healthy. I want to be proud to show you off to Momma! (Yes, I still have one.) You must love nature, animals and being outdoors. A little OCD is okay, as long as you realize you cannot control everything. If I sound picky, I'm finding that I am... I don't want to get involved with messy divorces, disfunctional family situations or bad financial scenarios. I have remained on good terms with both my ex-husbands, have loving children and family. I don't like conflict, especially between people who love each other. I'm a long way from perfect, and I don't expect you to be - just perfect for me!
