I'm a very simple and relaxed guy. Things rarely bother me and when they do, I usually shrug them off and deal with the situation. There is always a solution!

I like to hang out and watch tv/movies as well as going out with friends (I prefer pub style bars to nightclubs because I'd rather talk than dance). I have just completed my MA in European history (Holocaust) and I'm starting my PhD with the hopes of teaching someday. Even though my subject is rather gloomy, I am not depressed or anything, fear not! Oh and I will not bore people about history if they don't want to hear about it. In fact, I rarely talk about it to begin with unless someone brings it up.

I enjoy riding my bike and playing golf during the summer; playing hockey or just skating during winter (I'd like to restart doing cross-country skiing next winter). I love reading, mostly classics from 19th century American/British/French litterature (this is rather strange because I don't really like 19th century history, go figure). I also play guitar and drums, the first more often that the second though. I'm not the best at it, but I enjoy playing my guitar to relax once in a while. I love traveling, but only had a few opportunities to do so (two roadtrips to Florida a while ago, Paris last year and Israel last summer, the last two on my own.

I'd like to meet someone sweet, cuddly and affectionate as much as I am. I'm not afraid to say how I feel and neither should you. I'm tired of the bs surrounding relationships, if you like someone, then that's it, no need to play or hide your game for power. Just be authentic and I'll open up very easily, and then you'll have a guy who can appreciate you as you deserve for doing so.
