HI there. i am a very romantic, surprise u with flowers, one woman kinda guy who is looking for someone to connect with, hopefully for the last time. (lol) I like to play all kinds of acoustic string instruments (with others!)on and off stage. Bluegrass and blues festivals rule! I have an 11 yr old son who lives with me every second week, who i love dearly, who is huge into sports. that means so am i (hah). No really. IN the first half of my life I was a diesel mechanic in the oil fields of alberta, skied at lot in Jasper, cowboyed and rode horses in the bush on week long trips into the mountains. Decided i wanted a job where you wash your hands after you go to the washroom, instead of before. (ha) So, University at 30, Deans list three years straight, law school next. For the last 17 years I have worked as a criminal lawyer mostly defending the poor and kids in the cas. so i have flexible hours, sort of, and ability to control my own environment.(sort of hah) i love to laugh and have fun. Although i can be serious, i like to be whimsical and light by preference. I get along well with kids of all ages as i don't mind operating on their level. in fact i like it. I really try not to let issues turn into anger. Anger is pointless and i prefer not to allow it entry into my space. If you like to scream and shout to get your point across, then we probably won't get along well!
I am not a conservative guy in appearance or attitude. I do not feel like an old man (except physically sometimes lol) and do not dress like one either. Said no drugs but do smoke some pot-musical scene thing and quite harmless truth to tell, better than alcohol,(although do like my wine) just my opinion and no big thing but honesty requires admission here somewhere in my opinion.

Although i love walking by the lake, i am not ready to make that my main source of entertainment. I still feel that each day is a new chance to create the future and i just know somebody out there want's to join me in that dance. I don't know where that will lead and thats ok because otherwise it wouldn't be a surprise. Lets both take a step off the sidelines and see where we end up... i am so ready for life's next adventure!

I would probably ask if you had any preferences. You would likely be gracious and say no. I would then try to see if tuesday night was available. A monster musician friend of mine plays in the most intimate setting each tues. night with several others. For live music it doesn't get much better. Great club, Blues and jazzy blues with different guests sitting in all the time. very fun and vibrant. If you didn't like it that would be great because then we would know for sure we were not going to really click. If the magic of that kind of experience doesn't grab you, then we operate on different wavelengths.

But , if you had an idea you wanted to do to check out the same sort of thing about me, then that would be great. although mine is not really a test, i just love the vibe so much it could be taken that way. but if you wanted to see if i could love your thing, that would be interesting too!

Or we could do what every body else seems to think is appropriate and go for painless coffee. (why is every one so fast to think they won't have a good time ...?) what was that saying about things worth doing, ... have a great day and good luck in your search!
