Humor, integrity and passion are what I hold to be important to myself. I think more than anything else I am looking for someone to share some time with that can be up front and honest with me and themselves of what they truly are up to if they know. I am a spiritual person with a Jr. counseling degree Ha ha! under my belt! But in all seriousness it's true I am the guy that my friends and even acquaintances will share some very private stuff with, so you could say I am a friendly soul for sure and a good listener and a slow ad visor of what a person should do.

I am about to begin a new chapter in my life and it will be unforgettable and something I will be able to write a book about when I retire. I guess at this point in my life I know that I do not like drama in any form accept entertainment. I want to leave this planet better than how I have found it. I want my work to represent something worth a darn!! I want so much for my friends and family. I wish the happiness and well being for all living beings on this earth! I believe that the answer could always be NO! Unless you ask! I accept the differences of people I know and love. And I like having low blood pressure and a healthy body and mind thanks to Yoga!

As for my being and what it weighs and how tall the frame is and such here ya go! I am 6ft 2inches tall, I weigh 260lbs and that is changing constantly, short brown hair with gray mixed in, hazel eyes, some tattoo art adorn my body as well, all covered by clothes and no one is the wiser.

I love food! It is my drug of choice I love all types of food from all over the world. I enjoy cooking and sipping good wine drinks and such! I like to see where I live and so I am outside a lot of the time doing exactly that! Seeing where we live in this really great area.

On a first date I would prefer to meet up around lunch or early evening at a casual but nice place. I think some food and good wine or beer or ? whatever would be nice to enjoy while talking and getting to know more about each other would be the way to go. I would then like to go for a walk on the waterfront in Vancouver or Portland to just be really relaxed and just spend some time in no hurry for anything just simple conversation and good company.
