I'm an independent thinker, artsy and sometimes inspired.

A sense of adventure led me to tour the US as a clown in a circus for 9 months. A love of the ocean led me to work aboard New England whale watch boats as the onboard narrator and naturalist most summers - a dream job. (I'm rooted in town this summer to shoot a feature film role.) I've lived an adventurous life, and oh, do I have stories to tell. I've wandered into some dark places, but my obliging angels always bring me home unscathed, like that time beside the road in Turkey...

I like to make things - masks, theater props, paintings, and "cook without a book." I enjoy art shows, street fairs, book fairs, walks on the Highline, strolls in Soho, or a visit to a neighborhood off the beaten path. Simple things - the light in the sky, the sound of the wind, a child's laughter, fill me with awe. A walk in the woods is a spiritual experience.

I greet life with reverence, yet, am wholly irreverent. I've an enormous silly streak, which I CAN control - in life threatening situations...
