I am passionate about music, art, film and just about all forms of creative expression and pop culture. I love going to the movies and seeing live music, preferably in an intimate setting.
I believe we're all here to serve others and that has been the focus of my professional career and life in general.
I love to be outdoors especially by the ocean or a lake. Many of life's questions can be answered when contemplating/meditating in nature. I also love to go bike riding, especially early in the morning.

I also perform as a singer-songwriter and as part of a band.
I love to laugh and enjoy making others laugh!
I love the Beatles, Bob Marley, Peter Gabriel and a lot of current and past singer-songwriters (my sirius satellite is set on the Coffeehouse channel most of the time!).
I also enjoy some ambient/electronic stuff like some of Moby's music.

I think the most important connection is one when we can laugh at ourselves and each other, talk openly and honestly about what really matters to us...and make each other feel protected and cared for.
