Finally getting round to that update I promised. Have decided to break with convention and list all the worst things about me that I can think of, in the order they occur to me. If you can get through that and still remain interested then maybe there's a chance. I'm following that up with some things I like (and don't like) - a few interests in common wouldn't be a bad thing.

But first, a clarification:

* "Other Relationship" - I would really like to form a long term relationship with some one, however, that doesn't mean I'm going to turn my nose up at friendship or activity partners or dating or whatever.

Now the bad stuff.

I've just moved to the Bournville in Weston. Personally, while visiting friends over the last 3 years or so, I've never actually had any trouble here and its reputation seems to be over exagerated. But, I know for some people its a massive big deal.

I don't work, have been signed off with mental health issues for quite some time now. Consequently, I have plenty of time but not much money or a car and I live in a 'Council' flat. I'm happy to talk about my illness in more detail privately, but don't really want to put the specifics up for the whole world to see. I'm getting help and working to turn my life around, but its been slow going.

** 19/12/09 Thats all still true, but I'm now doing a few hours every week volunterily teaching maths to adults with weston college, with more plans for the new year, we shall see. **

That's all I can think of for now. If I think of anything else I'll add it. Lets move on to likes and dislikes:

Likes:
Anime - Naruto; Ghost in the Shell; Imortel
Music - Very varied in what I like, from the rat pack to metalica, but my two favorite bands are RHCP & Cake
TV - don't watch much TV; liked family guy but I've seen nearly all of them; loved the first series of Heroes, watched the second, started on the third but lost interest; Boston Legal was good, but finished now; House (MD) and Bones are pretty good too, but on sky, so I can't watch them.

Dislikes:
Music - I really don't get on with Drum'n'Bass, Techno, House, whatever it is they play at raves; Not really into Rap or R'n'B either (unless we're talking about B. B. King style R'n'B) but occasionaly will like something - the Black Eyed Peas are usually ok, for example; in my oppinion Coldplay are the most overated band currently going.
TV - Big Brother; Little Britain; pretty much all the soaps; sport.

It really depends on who I'm taking. I think its nice to be able to talk but both partiers should at least have a chance to enjoy themselves.
Lets say, plesant scenery, good food, a bottle of wine, hours of un-akward conversation, eyes I could drown in and a winning smile.
