I enjoy going out to dinner, or a movie, or to hear music (but not huge concerts). I also enjoy an evening at home. I like red wine, warm cider, hot tea but not coffee. I like snow skiing, walking in the creek, and just being outside on a cool day or night. I like to travel, and I love Ireland and France. Paris is my favorite city. I would like to go to Italy, Germany, Africa, and also enjoy the beach. I enjoy hanging out with my kids and doing what makes them happy.
I enjoy alternative rock music, and classic rock, and a lot of other genres as well. I don't like rap and am not keen on heavy metal either.
I like NPR and the News Hour, and I like to read a lot. I am an animal lover and a tree-hugger environmentalist. I value education and experience.

I am looking for a guy who shares my interests. That means that a guy that likes to read, is interested in the world, likes kids, and animals (and I don't mean shooting them). I have a quirky sense of humor and really appreciate dry, witty and absurd humor. Since I spend a lot of time with my kids, I am not a match for a guy who is looking for someone to spend "all their time" with.
