It's so hard to write about one's self, isn't it?!?

I work in health care (and actually like what I do), I love to cook, write, read and swim, I love animals (have a standard poodle named Rosie and Johnny the Wonder Parakeet), and I'm trying to be the best mother I can be. Actually, I'm striving to be the best mother, daughter, friend, and woman. I find the good in everything and leave the past in the past. Since I can't change it, why fuss over it?

I'm as comfortable in large groups of people as I am one-on-one. I'm comfortable in my own skin and want to spend time with people who feel the same way about themselves and who don't take themselves too seriously!

I tend to not like first dates to be too structured; let's keep it light and simple, no?. Let's meet for coffee or a drink and take it from there. I know it sounds cliche, but this is the city that never sleeps, there's ALWAYS something going on.
