I'm intellectually curious – about lots of thing. I'm low-key and low-maintenance - uninhibited but reserved, smart but silly, fun & goofy, but serious when I need to be. Yes, I will often be sarcastic and cynical, but it's really just an elaborate cover for my soft melty core. I went through a long addicted-to-punk stage in my teens, and just can't get over my love for skulls and crossbones. Don't worry, though, my only tattoo's hidden and you CAN still take me home to mom. I’m looking for someone whose interests run a gamut of things, just like mine.

You’ll generally find me listening to Shannon Curfman, The Killers, Hendrix, Bauhaus, ZZ Top, The Eagles, The Clash, and most everything in between. I might also be roaming a flea market, driving around with the top down, or watching a favorite weird movie like Repo Man or The Fifth Element, The Big Lebowski, or How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, you know - the weird, but funny stuff. I’m not into big crowds, and I like places off the beaten path. I can enjoy myself at anything from a photo exhibit, to a deserted tidal pool, or a car show. I spend a lot of time thinking about: global warming, rising oceans, stray animals, overflowing landfills, deforestation, excessive packaging, drought, overcrowding, consumerism. What happened to doing a good job, where politeness went. The color of things, what words say once they're strung together, images. I'm sure i'm forgetting SOMEthing...

Favorite things:
Rear wheel drive & stick shifts, a full tank of gas, shoes & purses, Photoshop, Griffin & Sabine, shiny stuff, swarovski crystals, wood cigar boxes, Edward Gorey, The History Channel, great photographs.
