Hi, I am looking for friends at this moment to talk/e-mail that could lead to a possible future relationship.I joined POF to be friends and meet some great people. The reason why i'm going slow is that I have a medical condition that I am fighting. I had a brain tumor resected in March 09 and have been undergoing treatment for it. Things are getting better but i'm sure that's a LOT to throw onto one's plate in the beginning. I'm not looking for a pity party and/or an "i'm sorry" statement. I go out, and yes I'm even a normal guy-:) I have never been married/no kids, I have had a few long term relationships that had never led to marriage. Hey-I threw my situation out there and if you are looking for a sincere/straight up guy that plays no games, I'd love to hear from you:)

A first date isn't really a date on POF. Perhaps a coffee or quick drink to introduce one to each other(aka break the ice).
